It proved that good company is key to making work pleasant.

I am not as into music as you obviously are, but you have sparked an interest in me to see this documentary. I recently saw Bio Channel shows on Pink Floyd, Queen, the Who, and also the Doors, enjoying them all immensely. What I find funny about your review, is that I actually hear your voice in my head as I read it! lol

I wish you the best regarding this movie review site. I viewed the sneak preview screening of "The Thing" last night, and enjoyed it. The flick was no real rival to the 1982 classic by John Carpenter, but it was still very entertaining.

Sadly, they really overdid the CGI effects. The technology will probably be fully perfected in another 10-20 years, but it is just not there yet. The plot and enveloping paranoia also did not come close to Carpenter's, but that is to be expected. I did like though how the alien in this movie can really slug it out in a close quarters battle.

Anyway, I look forward to hearing your opinions regarding the movie, when you get the chance to see it. I would love someday to see the 1982 and 2011 films back to back at the Royale.

I like the picture of you without your glasses. You could be the love child of Henry Rollins and Harry Dean Stanton! :)

I hope this website is a very successful and good things come of it.

Best wishes,

John GriggAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
